By 2023, Stephen Fung and his wife decided to sell this apartment, initially listing it at 8.7 million HKD. However, the market did not respond as expected, with little interest shown. After waiting for 3 years, Shu Qi's husband recently finalized the sale of the apartment for 7.05 million HKD, which is 1.65 million HKD lower than the initial asking price. Hong Kong media estimates that, based on the transaction price, during the 8 years of ownership, the book value of this real estate dropped by approximately 1.347 million HKD, representing a loss of about 16%.

The couple Stephen Fung and Shu Qi are believed to be frequent investors in real estate. The actor has previously bought and sold properties at Bel-Air in Pokfulam, The Leighton Hill in Causeway Bay, and The Arch at Kowloon Station, once making a profit of around 14.27 million HKD.

Meanwhile, the assets registered under Shu Qi's name are equally astonishing. Many sources report that she owns homes in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand. The total value of Shu Qi's real estate in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Thailand alone is estimated to have exceeded 200 million TWD, making her one of the famous "wealthy ladies" in the entertainment industry.
