An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AAA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

• Set the language of the site

• Set the content order of the site’s pages Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

• Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

While we maintain strict control over our proprietary code and original content, the current technical architecture of our platform relies on certain integrated tools and media provided by external vendors. Consequently, we can only claim Partial Compliance with the aforementioned standards, solely due to the presence of third-party content.

1. Definition of Third-Party Content

To provide a dynamic and functional user experience, our website utilizes third-party digital components hosted on external servers. These include, but are not limited to:

• Embedded Media Players: (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo iframes).

• Social Media Integrations: (e.g., feeds, sharing buttons, or comment modules from Facebook, X/Twitter, or LinkedIn).

• Security & Authentication Tools: (e.g., third-party CAPTCHAs or single sign-on portals).

• Advertising Networks: Dynamically loaded programmatic advertisements.

• Interactive Widgets: (e.g., externally hosted payment gateways, maps, or data visualization tools).

2. Limitation of Control and Liability

Because these components are dynamically loaded from external servers, DHA News does not have access to, nor the ability to alter, their underlying source code. Therefore:

• We cannot guarantee that these third-party elements strictly adhere to the maintained by our core platform.

• Issues such as missing ARIA labels, keyboard navigation traps, contrast errors, or missing alternative text originating from these embedded widgets are outside of our direct technical control.

3. Our Ongoing Commitment and Mitigation Efforts

We do not view third-party limitations as an excuse to abandon our compliance goals. To mitigate these issues, we are committed to the following:

• Vendor Auditing: We actively prioritize procurement from and partnership with third-party vendors who share our commitment to digital compliance and accessibility.

• Continuous Monitoring: We regularly review the integrations on our site. If a third-party tool severely violates our core standards and a viable, compliant alternative exists, we will transition to the better alternative.

• Reasonable Accommodations: If a user is unable to access critical information due to a non-compliant third-party widget (such as a blocked external form or an inaccessible embedded video), we will provide the information through an alternative, accessible format upon request.
