Social media star Ines Garcia took to the pitch to celebrate with her boyfriend Lamine Yamal after Spain defeat Argentina in the 2026 World Cup final.

Following the final whistle at MetLife Stadium on July 19 (local time), García went onto the field to join the celebration with Yamal.

She later posted photos of them on Instagram, writing: "You did it! Congratulations, my love. You are a world champion".

Spain dominated the highly anticipated final, ultimately securing a 1-0 victory over Argentina thanks to a goal in the 106th minute from Ferran Torres.

Yamal played the entire 120 minutes and delivered a strong performance. The victory marked his second major title with the Spain national team, following their triumph at Euro 2024.

The relationship between the 19-year-old forward and the 21-year-old influencer drew attention throughout the 2026 World Cup. She was a constant presence in the stands, cheering on the team and accompanying Yamal's family to most matches.

After Spain's group stage victory over Saudi Arabia, she shared a moment celebrating Yamal's first goal of the tournament, calling him "the best player."

Ahead of the final, Garcia posted the last episode of her "Get Ready With Me" video series, documenting her World Cup journey. She admitted to only getting four hours of sleep and couldn't hide her nerves before kickoff.

She posted several photos on Instagram leading up to the game. In one post featuring Yamal, she wrote: "Have a great day, love. You deserve this."

Garcia has built a massive following as a social media star, boasting nearly 2 million followers on Instagram and over 1.9 million on TikTok. In an interview with Hola earlier this month, Garcia revealed that she and Yamal met through social media.

The couple officially went public with their relationship when they traveled to Greece together in April 2026. However, García noted that their romance began "a good deal more months than people realize" before they made it known.
